The Social Ministry/Food pantry was originally established by the Franciscan Nun, Sister Francis. Since then it has been working with the underserved families in the Waco area since 1992.
We are a religious non-profit organization that the only mission is to help the underserved and elderly people in our community with food, clothing regardless of their faith or status.
To keep helping and promoting compassion towards our people, our small volunteer personnel join efforts to raise the funds needed by having garage sales, tamale sales and hamburger sales. If you would like to donate your non-perishable items, gently used clothes or furniture, please contact or parish office, our ministry office or stop by our church.
